Have something with a story to tell? The Clearfield County Historical Society is always happy to talk with community members who are interested in donating historical items connected to Clearfield County.

Before bringing in or sending any materials, we kindly ask that you contact us first. This helps us learn more about the item and determine whether it is a good fit for the collection.

What we Look for:

  • How the item helps tell the story of Clearfield County

  • The history of how, when, and by whom the item was used
  • Its condition and long-term care needs
  • Whether similar items are already part of the collection
