Shipping Information
Most books will be shipped “Library rate.” Larger and heavier editions will be posted “Ground rate.” Mailing costs have been made due to increases in U.S. Postal Service. We attempt to keep our book prices modestly priced and apologize for the increased mailing costs to our mail order customers. Books are shipped once a week. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
